Single-wides                    $1099.00 + $150 per tip-out

Double-wides                   $1299.00

Triple-wides                     $1499.00                                     

(Replacement materials if required are not included in prices - $0-30 typically)

(Additional charges of $100 per inch apply to homes in excess of 1" out of level)

(Homes with earthquake systems $100 - 200 to adjust to new height depending on system)

(Our service fee is $499 plus the travel charge if you elect to not have us re-level your home on the day you are scheduled

or do not give us 24 hours notice of cancelation.)

Areas South of Snohomish County (ie. King) will be an additional $100 for travel.

Areas South of King County (Pierce & Thurston) will be an additional $200-300 for travel or lodging.

The Olympic Peninsula and Islands will be an additional $300 to cover travel & ferry fees.
